• Bring your own clothes suitable for mountain biking

The renter is responsible for the bike. Chain breakage or other damage caused by operating errors will be charged.

• Frame damage, derailleur breakdown, etc. damage caused by operating errors must be compensated according to the price list for each part + labor.
• Off-road rescue is usually not possible. In some cases, we will try to arrange an ATV. Off-road rescue starting at 70€ per hour
• If the bike breaks down in the off-road due to driving errors, we recommend that you go to the nearest road and order a ride from our partner taxi service Hyvösen.
• In emergencies, call 112

Customer Cancellation

• If cancelled 7 days or less before the event, or in case of a no-show: 100% of the booking price will be charged, and no refund will be issued.

Rescheduling a Booking

• A booking can be rescheduled free of charge up to 7 days before the event.
• Requests made later will be handled on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to the cancellation terms.

Illness and Force Majeure

• Illness does not entitle the customer to a refund. The customer must seek compensation through their own travel insurance or other personal insurance.
• In force majeure situations (e.g., natural disasters, government orders, states of emergency), both parties are released from obligations without liability for damages.

Organizer Cancellation

• If the event must be cancelled by the organizer due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or equipment failure, the customer has the right to:
• receive a full refund of the amount paid, OR
• reschedule the booking to another date.
