Leave the rush of everyday life behind and embark on a calming journey into the heart of nature. The experience begins with a walk to Elämyskammi, either through the forest on foot or, in winter, on snowshoes through the silence of a snowy landscape. The sounds of nature, fresh air, and the peaceful surroundings gently prepare you for a deeper state of presence and relaxation.
At Elämyskammi, a warm campfire, a cozy atmosphere, and an unhurried moment await you. Settle comfortably into a hammock, close your eyes, and allow the harmonious tones of singing bowls and the steady rhythm of the drum to guide you on a soothing sound journey. The sounds and vibrations help the body relax, the mind quiet down, and everyday thoughts gently drift away.
The glow of the campfire, the tranquility of the forest, and the unique atmosphere of Elämyskammi create the perfect setting for rest and restoration. After the sound journey, we gather around the fire to enjoy a warm drink before making our way back.
This is a moment where nothing is expected of you. Simply be present, take a deep breath, and let nature and sound do the rest.
