Please arrive at least 15–20 minutes before the activity starts.

• Minimum age of the user is 15 years
• For those under 18, parental/guardian consent is required
• At least a T-class (tractor) driving license is mandatory for snowmobiling

• Fuel refueling service starting from 2h bookings: €40
• For longer bookings, return with a full tank
• Field assistance for customers: €75 / hour (VAT 0%) + vehicle mileage fee

By renting a snowmobile from Tahko Safaris, I affirm the following:

Renting at Own Risk

• I understand that snowmobiling involves risks arising from nature, weather conditions, and vehicle handling.
• I agree to use the snowmobile entirely at my own risk.
• Safe Use of Snowmobiles and Trail Regulations
• I commit to traveling only on marked snowmobile trails and to complying with all traffic rules and official regulations.
• I understand that traveling outside designated trail areas is prohibited and may cause damage as well as legal consequences.

Reporting Deviations

• I commit to immediately notifying Tahko Safaris of any possible deviations during the rental, such as:
• Technical faults or malfunctions of the snowmobile
• Damages or accidents
• Deviating from the trail or getting lost
• Possible violations of regulations or terms
• Sobriety
• I affirm that I am not under the influence of alcohol or other intoxicants.
• Tahko Safaris reserves the right to deny the rental and right of use based on suspicion of intoxication without a refund.

Responsibility and License Requirements

• I affirm that the renter/driver holds a valid license (at least T-class) and is capable of operating the snowmobile safely.

Condition of Equipment and Gear

• Upon receipt, I have inspected that the snowmobile and equipment are in good working order.
• I am responsible for their proper use and careful storage during the rental period.

Damages and Deductibles

• I am aware that in the event of self-inflicted damage, the deductible (excess) is a maximum of €2,500 per snowmobile. (The specific amount is defined per vehicle in the rental agreement).
• I commit to paying the deductible in the event of an accident.

Emergencies and Conduct in Nature

• I commit to acting according to the provided safety instructions in emergencies and while moving in nature.
• I accept that trail restrictions, weather conditions, or official regulations may affect the ride.

Photography and Marketing Material

• I agree that photos or videos taken of me during the rental may be used in Tahko Safaris’ marketing, unless a written prohibition is submitted before the rental.
